Privacy Policy
At Fuji Strategic Lab, the integrity of information is the foundation of our operation. This document outlines the rigorous protocols we maintain to ensure that every byte of data processed within our laboratory environment is handled with absolute transparency.
Storage Integrity Protocol
01. Scope of Acquisition
The Lab acts as a high-precision filter. We only acquire information that is strictly necessary for the execution of professional data analysis and strategic consulting. This includes identifiers used during initial consultation such as your name, corporate affiliation, and professional contact details.
We do not engage in broad-spectrum data mining. Our collection methods are deliberate, focusing on data points that empower the strategic lab to deliver accurate business intelligence. When you interact with our secure portal or communicate via official channels, logs are maintained primarily for security auditing and technical optimization.
02. Utilization logic
Information processed by Fuji Strategic Lab is used exclusively for:
- Provisioning and management of customized business intelligence reports.
- Identity verification for accessing proprietary research datasets.
- Refinement of our internal analysis algorithms (using anonymized, non-identifiable snapshots).
- Compliance with regulatory reporting requirements within the jurisdiction of Japan.
03. Retention & Disposal
We adhere to a "Terminal Retention" policy. Personal data is not kept indefinitely in our active system caches. Upon completion of a contract or the termination of a service relationship, data enters a de-identification phase. Any remaining physical or digital identifiers are purged after the mandatory legal retention window required by Japanese tax and corporate law has closed.
This ensures that our strategic lab remains a dynamic environment where outdated or irrelevant data is systematically removed to maintain the highest standard of system cleanliness and security.
04. Distribution Safeguards
Fuji Strategic Lab maintains a stance of strict neutrality. We do not sell, trade, or lease personal identifiers to marketing engines or external brokers. Disclosure to third parties occurs only under three specific conditions:
Explicit Consent
When you provide written authorization for a specific data porting request.
Operational Partners
Necessary secure cloud infrastructure providers compliant with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
Legal Mandate
Authorized requests from judicial or law enforcement agencies in Japan.
Your Control Over the Research Record
Under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) in Japan, as well as global standards, you maintain absolute sovereignty over your identifiable information. Our systems are built to honor these rights without administrative friction.
